Description

DCL explosion-proof electric actuators are widely used for automating quarter-turn ball valves in explosive environments such as oil & gas, chemical, petroleum, and winery industries. Regardless of the sealing material or ball notch type, DCL actuators deliver high stalling torque to ensure a tight, leak-free seal. Their stable operating speed also enables smooth and precise flow control, especially when driving V-notch ball valves.

For special applications where the valve rotation angle is less than 100° or requires an intermediate position, the actuator can be easily configured to meet specific control requirements.

In cases where the ball valve does not conform to ISO 5211 mounting standards, DCL can provide custom-designed valve brackets to accommodate various connection interfaces, ensuring perfect mechanical compatibility.
